Terms & Conditions — ouuok Platform Rules
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ouuok platform, including all sports betting, casino gaming, payment transactions, and account management services. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bet on ouuok. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
18+ Players Only
ouuok strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is mandatory at registration and during the first withdrawal request. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered ouuok account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts created under false identities are all strictly prohibited. ouuok reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
Fair Bet Settlement
All betting markets on ouuok are settled strictly in accordance with published rules. In the event of an error or technical fault, ouuok reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Settled bets will not be reversed once settlement has been confirmed unless an error can be clearly demonstrated.
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ouuok login credentials. ouuok will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their username and password. Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
Payment Verification
All deposit and withdrawal methods used on ouuok must be registered in the player's own name. Third-party payment is not permitted. ouuok may request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method at any point. Failure to provide verification documentation will result in withdrawal suspension.
Terms Updates
ouuok may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via account notification or the platform homepage. Continued use of ouuok following a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not accept updated terms should close their account.
Section 1
Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits granted by ouuok subject to specific bonus terms, wagering requirements, and expiry conditions, which are separate from real-money deposited funds. |
| "Services" | All products, features, and functionalities offered through the ouuok platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and table tennis markets. |
| "BST" | Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all ouuok platform operations, market settlement times, promotion deadlines, and support availability. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by ouuok to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. |
These Terms & Conditions, together with ouuok's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between ouuok and the Player. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion only. For all other matters, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without alteration.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Gambling is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow a person under the age of 18 to gamble. ouuok enforces age verification rigorously and will close any account found to belong to a minor.
To register and maintain an active account on ouuok, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- The Player must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of account registration.
- The Player must be accessing ouuok from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
- The Player must not be acting on behalf of a third party, business entity, or organisation — all accounts are strictly personal.
- The Player must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an ouuok team member, partner studio, or payment provider with whom ouuok has a commercial relationship.
- The Player must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary ban that remains active at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
- The Player must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be classified as a vulnerable person under any applicable consumer protection standard.
Age Verification Procedure
ouuok conducts age verification as part of the standard KYC process. Players are required to submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — when making their first withdrawal request or when ouuok's internal compliance system flags an account for verification. Documents must be clear, unedited, and legible. Blurred, cropped, or digitally altered documents will not be accepted.
During the period between registration and successful KYC completion, ouuok may impose withdrawal restrictions at its discretion. A Player who cannot complete age verification to the required standard will have their account suspended. Any balance held in an unverified account will be subject to review before release. ouuok will communicate the outcome of all KYC reviews to the Player via the contact information provided at registration.
Underage Gambling
If ouuok discovers, at any point, that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. All stakes wagered from the date of registration will be forfeited. Any bonus funds claimed will be cancelled. ouuok may refer the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
Registration on ouuok is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet the criteria set out in Section 2. To create an account, a Player must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. The use of false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
One Account Policy
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on ouuok at any given time. A Player who has previously closed an account may apply to re-register, subject to ouuok's approval. Holding two or more accounts simultaneously — whether under the same or different identity details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ouuok employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts involved will be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation. Promotional winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.
Account Credentials & Two-Factor Authentication
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their ouuok username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. ouuok will never request your password by email, phone, or live chat — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the ouuok support team immediately.
ouuok strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code during login in addition to your standard password. This feature is available at no cost from the Account Security section of your ouuok dashboard. Players who enable 2FA significantly reduce their exposure to unauthorised account access.
Accurate Information Obligation
Players must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your name, address, contact number, or payment details change, you are required to update your account profile promptly. ouuok may refuse to process withdrawals where account information does not match the identity documentation provided during KYC. Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been placed within a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ouuok reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period, as detailed in the account management section of the platform. Players will receive advance notice before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, players must log in and may be required to complete a re-verification step.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions on ouuok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ouuok supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit is ৳500. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name.
Deposits
Players may fund their ouuok account using any of the supported payment methods listed above. Deposits are credited to the account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. ouuok does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which ouuok accepts no responsibility. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. ouuok reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on a per-player or platform-wide basis where required for compliance or responsible gaming purposes.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the ouuok account and that has been successfully verified during KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ouuok processes withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad and within 1–3 business days for Visa and Mastercard, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any compliance hold. ouuok reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Deposit & Withdrawal Matching
ouuok operates a matching policy whereby withdrawal funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. A Player who deposits via bKash must withdraw to the same bKash wallet. Requests to withdraw via a different method than the deposit method may be subject to additional verification and approval at ouuok's discretion.
Third-Party Payments
Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in the Player's own name is strictly prohibited. Similarly, withdrawals may only be made to accounts legally belonging to the registered Player. ouuok will reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source. If a reversal is not possible, the deposit amount will be locked pending investigation. Repeated third-party payment activity will result in account suspension.
Currency
All transactions on ouuok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Account balances, bet stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, deposit limits, and withdrawal amounts are all denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion step on the ouuok platform — what you deposit in ৳ is the amount available in your account balance immediately. ouuok is not responsible for any currency conversion or international transaction fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider independently.
Section 5
Betting Rules & Market Settlement
ouuok offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket, table tennis, and other sports and events listed on the platform at any given time. All bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the sport or event in question, as published on the ouuok platform. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules applicable to any market before placing a bet.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is accepted and binding only once ouuok has confirmed the bet via an on-screen confirmation message and the stake has been deducted from the Player's account balance. A bet that has not received on-screen confirmation must not be treated as placed. ouuok reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where a technical error, manifest pricing error, or suspicious betting pattern is identified.
Odds & Pricing
Odds offered on ouuok reflect the current market pricing at the time a bet is placed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. For in-play markets, odds fluctuate in real time based on live match events. ouuok uses decimal odds format as the default display. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error — defined as an odds value that is clearly and obviously erroneous when compared to the true market price — ouuok reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's balance.
Settlement
Winning bets are settled as quickly as possible following the conclusion of the relevant event or market. Settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the ICC for international cricket and the BCB for BPL fixtures. Where an official result is delayed, ouuok will suspend settlement until the official governing body confirms the outcome. Bets settled in error will be corrected; where this results in a balance adjustment, ouuok will notify the Player and adjust the balance accordingly.
Abandoned & Void Events
If a sporting event is abandoned before its natural conclusion and insufficient play has occurred to produce a settled result under the applicable market rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance. For cricket, a minimum of five (5) overs per side must have been bowled before a match result is considered valid for settlement purposes unless the market's specific rules state otherwise. ouuok's settlement team follows official ICC and BCB guidelines for determining match completion status.
Maximum Payout
ouuok applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are displayed in the relevant market view before a bet is placed. Bets placed in excess of the maximum payout limit will be settled up to the maximum payout value, with the excess portion of any winnings above the cap being voided. Players should review maximum payout information before placing large-stake bets on any market.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by ouuok are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry dates published alongside each offer. Bonus funds are separate from real-money deposits and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
ouuok periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and seasonal campaigns — particularly aligned with BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, and Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion detail page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the Player must place bets totalling twenty times the bonus amount before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports bets and casino games may carry different contribution percentages as specified per promotion.
Bonus Abuse
ouuok monitors account activity to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement, and collusion between players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, ouuok reserves the right to cancel all associated bonus funds, void related winnings, and suspend the account pending further investigation.
Promotion Expiry
All promotions and bonus offers are valid for a defined period, specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and free bets that have not been used before their expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation. ouuok is not obliged to provide advance notice of bonus expiry, though players are encouraged to check their account's promotional wallet regularly to track active offers and their remaining validity periods.
Changes to Promotions
ouuok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a material change is made to an active promotion, reasonable notice will be provided to eligible players. Changes to promotion terms do not affect bonus funds already credited to an account under the original terms, provided wagering activity has already commenced on those funds.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or deliberate manipulation of the ouuok platform will have their account permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ouuok platform. This list is not exhaustive — ouuok reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether any activity not explicitly listed below nevertheless constitutes prohibited conduct.
- Registering more than one account, whether in the same name or under false identity information.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the ouuok platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Players who identify a bug or error are required to report it to the ouuok support team immediately without exploiting it.
- Colluding with other players, third parties, or ouuok employees to gain an unfair betting advantage.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on events where the outcome has been manipulated in a manner that constitutes fraud.
- Using funds derived from illegal activities to fund an ouuok account — money laundering of any kind is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after withdrawing or using deposited funds on ouuok. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and civil or criminal proceedings at ouuok's discretion.
- Providing false, forged, or altered identity documents during the KYC verification process.
- Accessing ouuok using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing ouuok support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
ouuok employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a potential breach is identified, ouuok will suspend the relevant account pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified by the contact method registered on their account. Investigations are time-limited and ouuok will aim to resolve all cases within 30 days of initiating a review, though complex cases may take longer.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Both ouuok and the Player have the right to close a player account. The process and consequences differ depending on whether closure is initiated by the Player or by ouuok, and whether closure is voluntary or due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Closure by the Player
A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting the ouuok support team via live chat. Before closing an account, the Player is encouraged to withdraw any remaining balance. Once a closure request is processed, open bets may be voided and stakes returned at ouuok's discretion. If a Player wishes to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — they should state this explicitly during the closure request, as additional protections apply. A self-exclusion closure cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
Suspension or Closure by ouuok
ouuok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, violation of the one-account policy, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, prolonged inactivity, or receipt of a legal or regulatory directive requiring closure. Where an account is closed by ouuok due to a proven breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where ouuok determines that no breach occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Effect of Closure
Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by the Player or ouuok — the following consequences apply: access to the ouuok platform via that account is revoked immediately; any active bonuses and associated pending winnings are cancelled; open bets are settled or voided per the applicable rules; and account data is retained in accordance with ouuok's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. A closed account cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual.
Reopening a Closed Account
A Player who has voluntarily closed a non-self-exclusion account may request reopening by contacting the ouuok support team. Reopening is at ouuok's discretion and subject to re-verification. Accounts closed by ouuok due to breach of terms are not eligible for reopening. Accounts subject to self-exclusion may only be reopened after the mandatory exclusion period has elapsed and following a mandatory cooling-off review with the support team.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of ouuok shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. ouuok aims to resolve all Player disputes fairly and efficiently through its internal dispute resolution process. Players wishing to raise a formal dispute should contact the ouuok support team in writing via [email protected], providing full details of the issue and any supporting evidence. ouuok will acknowledge all formal disputes within 3 business days (BST) and provide a substantive response within 14 business days where possible.
